Puerto Rico Brillante is a plan for a comprehensive economic initiative that pays for itself by revitalizing communities and stimulating economic activity in Puerto Rico.

4 key components for effective economic revitalization

1. Nation-wide public works projects to provide jobs and build critical infrastructure

2. Regulation of short-term rentals to stabilize the housing market for local residents 

3. Publicly-owned hotels (like the Paradores of Spain) to redirect the profits of tourism to local communities

4. Repatriation of the Puerto Rican diaspora to address population loss, build on the momentum of economic growth, and support an aging population
